Adult Exercise Classes


We will resume yoga on Tuesday, January 4th from 6:30 - 7:30 pm! We hope to see you then!!!

Relax as you practice Hatha Yoga, blending together the benefits of an active and receptive practice, woven and deeply connected by the breath. Each class will include a dynamic, warming all levels sequence and be balanced with a quiet, cooling set of postures for an integrated and satisfying practice to help calm and relax the nervous system.

When: Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Where: Cultus Lake Community School Gymnasium 

Cost: $40 for 6 weeks or $8 for drop-in

Walking outdoors is one of the best prescriptions for improving your physical + mental health! Join Heidi of MVMENT+ in this community fitness class that will include the biomechanics of a proper stride and mobility + strength exercises (optional or modified/amplified as per fitness level, note this is not a power/speed walking class). All fitness levels welcome, ages 12+. No equipment needed. Rain or shine - dress appropriately for weather, reflective clothing recommended, inclement weather may case class cancellation (posts will be made in fb group below). Please do not bring dogs. All participants required to sign waiver provided at their first class. 

Where? Cultus Lake Community School (front of the school) 

When? Wednesdays @ 6:00pm (starts Oct 6, time subject to change for daylight hours)

Cost? $10 (18-64yo); $5 (65+) free (12-17 yo) || cash or etransfer
