Join us this spring for our hatha based yoga program: increase body awareness, flexibility, balance and overall health and wellness. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring your favorite mat (a limited number of mats will be available to borrow)

Zumba (Pre-register or Drop in)
Join us for a seriously fun full body workout that is suitable for all levels.
You'll get a great cardio workout, strengthen your core, improve flexibility and condition your muscles while dancing to fun, upbeat music. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in and indoor running shoes.

Pickleball (Drop in)
Exploding in popularity this adult & senior friendly pickleball is a great introduction to the sport. All equipment is provided. Two courts, 8 players. An instructor will be present for those new to the game!

No Sweat Fitness
No Sweat! is a fitness phenomenon that combines the body changing results of high repetition weight training and high energy of aerobics into one fitness music class. Its basic moves makes it easy to follow which makes it accessible to men and women of every fitness level.
